Menu from unordered list, better for...

Ive noticed that menus are often in the form of unorderes lists. Are their any accesability or SEO benefits to doing it this way?

Using unordered lists styled as menus is the way to go these days.?You can even use them for dropdown menus - which are way more SEO friendly and accessible than the old javascript based menus.

So yes, styled unorder lists are the definite way to go for navigation these days.
