Illustrator CS4 & Crop Marks

Hi,

I really would like to know if it楹搒 possible to change the colour of the crop marks.

I'm sure you could do it in CS3 but in CS4, the crop marks don't show up in the Layers palette... They're in the Appearance palette but it doesn'r seem editable. Hope i'm wrong...

Are they any other options to customize the crop marks instead of switching them to japanese style?

Just to make sure we are on the same path sort of speak.

You have selected an object, used the EFFECTS / CROP MARKS to get the crop marks.

NOW

With the obect still selected go to OBJECT / EXPAND APPEARANCE.?This makes the marks a selectible object that you can modify, including changing the colors.
