First time I tried to open with a photo attachemnt to an eamil I had a message flash accross the screen saying I could not use the program and it needed to be reinstalled.
My question is do i ''uninstall'' it before I ''reinstall'' it and if I do do I loose all the tags.?Or do I simply ''reinstall'' it.?I have over 10,000 photos taged and I think I would cut my wrists if I would loose those tags.
Another question I have is how can I get ''line'' techinical help for Elements 6 or am I dreaming?

Elements will not open after viruses...You need to uninstall via control panel, then reinstall it. This will not affect your catalog or your photos.
